Whether your printer is under warranty or not, our team can help. For machines not covered by warranty, we collect a $185 fee for the first hour when you reserve your appointment. This charge is non-refundable. During the visit, our technician inspects your printer, diagnoses any issues, and explains the next steps. If your printer needs additional repairs, we bill the extra hours afterward.
