Our Team
Joao is a certified printer technician, factory-trained in all printers we sell and service. He is an extremely knowledgable resource for any printer troubleshooting and training questions. In addition to overseeing all of his service techs, Joao is often travelling doing service work and installs nationwide. Lastly, he is also one of only 12 technicians in the country trained to work on Mimaki 3D printers.

Alex is responsible for overseeing all file training, software training, and color management. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, Alex ensures that our customers’ projects maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency. He also handles color profiling services, keeping customers’ machines dialed in with perfect color.
Sierra has been stepping into the C.O.O. role, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She has a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Sierra also loves running all of our social media , YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram and loves connecting with our audience through engaging content.
Thomas has been handling operations at the shop, including managing service techs, making sales, and also steering VPS toward growth. This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and specifically for driving the company’s success. Above all, his versatile skills and dedication are crucial to our success.
Hazel is not just our shop dog; she is also Thomas and Sierra’s fur baby and our best Pawtrol officer. When she isn’t busy greeting customers, offering moral support for long tiring days, and also reminding everyone to take a quick break for pets and treats. You can usuallty find her playing with the laser, chewing on a bone, or taking a much needed nap.
Jackie McKinster is an owner of Vibrant Print Solutions, where she chiefly oversees all Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) matters. Alongside Ken, she directs the company’s big-picture growth strategy overall. In addition, she is passing her mentorship and skills to Thomas and Sierra.
Ken McKinster is one of the owners of Vibrant Print Solutions, mainly concentrating on big-picture sales and growth. Chiefly, he attends important conferences, meets with potential new partners, and scopes out new potential locations. He is also passing his mentorship and skills to Thomas and Sierra.
